  Once you have decided to have a holiday on our luxury houseboat, the first you need to do is choose a date. You may need to decide on more than one depending on availablity. How long you wish to holiday for and what time of the year are two other important things for you to consider. Once this has been decided it is time to contact us with your preferred approximate travel dates.

Use the calendar to see if your desired date is available. This calendar is updated at regular intervals but may not show some recent bookings.

 

Rental Requirements
You will need to supply current unrestricted driver Licence and credit card or cash on day of boarding for bond.
If you are bringing a speed boat or fishing boat, make sure you have your  Licence and registration and all the safety gear including Life jackets.
We have some children’s - we ask that they wear then all times if outside the safe fencing.

House Rules
No Parties
Do not operate the boat whist under the influence drugs or alcohol ( no drugs / 0.05 alcohol) 
Boat must not exceed 12 persons any time (N.S.W Roads and Maritime) fines apply
Sorry No ALL Female crews or No ALL Male crews.
A Bond of $1000, Doubled bond is required if all are under the age of 25
 
Arrange Payment
Once you have a date and it is confirmed with us, then we make a tentative booking. A $1000 deposit must be paid within 14 days to confirm that date. We accept Visa or MasterCard (1.9% surcharge) or direct deposit either online, over the phone or by email
We also a completed booking form returned with deposit to ensure all of your details and dates are correct. This deposit is deducted off your hire fee and once this made your FINAL BALANCE IS DUE NO LATER THAN 2 MONTHS prior to departure.
When you make final payment we will need to know what beds are need have 4 queens one splits into two singles and to sofa beds up front
Please ensure everyone holidaying with you have plenty of notice as to when payment is due and how much so payment is not late.
ALL DIRECT DEPOSITS MUST HAVE A SURNAME AND DATE OF DEPARTURE etc.

What if I have to cancel?
If you cancel more than 2 months before your booking, you will receive a full refund less a $100 administration fee. If you cancel within 2 months of your booking, we will refund the full amount less $100 administration fee provided we are able to rebook those dates.
If we are unable to rebook those dates, you will lose your money that has been paid. For this reason we recommend you take out travel insurance (many credit cards have this option) for unforeseen circumstances.
As an alternative, we invite you to rebook your holiday at a later date, in which case there is no financial penalty.
